Delivery Timeframes
We take pride in handcrafting every Xandra piece. Once your order leaves our store, you can expect delivery within 7–10 working days for most locations in India.
For remote or hard-to-reach areas, delivery may take a little longer due to transportation logistics. While we strive to deliver promptly, occasional delays may happen due to unforeseen circumstances like weather or transport issues.
Order Processing & Tracking
Before dispatch, all orders go through a processing phase. During this time, we verify payment, check product availability, and prepare your items with a lot of care.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/WhatsApp/ SMS, so you can follow your package every step of the way. You can also log into your Xandra account at any time to check your order status.
Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partners will make 3 attempts to deliver your package. If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple tries, the package will be returned to us.
In such cases, we will process a credit note of your order amount minus delivery and transaction charges.
Changing Your Delivery Address
Please ensure your address, PIN code, and phone number are accurate, while creating your account or before placing an order. Once the order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in failed delivery.
Delivery Coverage
We do not deliver to all PIN codes in India. Please check whether your area is serviceable before placing an order. If your PIN code is not supported by our delivery partners, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund.
