Exchange Policy
At Xandra, we strive to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition. If your product does not meet your expectations due to damage, defect, or incorrect delivery, you may be eligible for an exchange.
Terms for Exchange
1. Products from Xandra can be exchanged only if they meet one or more of the following conditions:
● Damaged during transit – The product arrived with damage caused during shipping. Such complaints need to reach us within 3 days of receipt of goods.
● Incorrectly delivered – The item received is different from the order placed.
2. Conditions for exchange:
● Items must be unused, unworn, and with original tags intact. The packaging and invoice should be preserved.
● Custom-made products; products purchased on sale, offers; and products purchased using credit notes are not eligible for exchange.
● Exchanges must be requested within 3–7 days of receiving your order.
● Products once exchanged are not eligible for a second exchange or return.
● Accessories and jewelry are not eligible for exchange.
● All exchanges must be coordinated via email. Products sent to our store without prior approval will not be accepted.
How to Request an Exchange
- Email us at webstore@xndra.in with:
○ Invoice number
○ Reason for exchange
○ Photos of the product showing the issue
- Include an unboxing video, showing the sealed package before opening and the unboxing process. Requests without a video will not be processed.
- Our team will review your request and guide you with the exchange process.
Exchange Process
● Once your product is received and inspected by our Quality Check team, the exchange will be processed.
● Replacement products are subject to availability. If the requested product or size is unavailable, a credit note will be issued. Credit note issued for the exchanged products are valid for 3 months only and can be redeemed only on Xandra website/outlet purchases.
● Exchanges will be shipped according to our standard shipping timelines.
Cancellation Policy
● Orders can be cancelled within 12–24 hours of placement.
● Refunds for cancelled orders as above, will be processed either as a credit note or returned to the original payment source, as per the case.
International Orders
● International orders are non-exchangeable.
● Any customs or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
